Chef Frances Claude Troisgros’ new restaurant specializes in meat and offers a salad buffet as well.
It is located in the “baixo” Dias Ferreira, Leblon.
The style of the restaurant is different, clients order a type of meat from the menu and a side salad from the buffet. Once the meat is on the table, the waiters offer many different side dishes.
For the appetizer, we suggest the meat and cheese pastel.
The wide variety of meat is unbelievable! We recommend the Baby Beef, the Filet mignon with herbs, the filet Chateaubriand and the salmon filet.
The desserts in CT Boucherie are amazing, but this two are outstanding! To the right, the famous Petit gateau with Dulce de Leche!. To the left, the delicious Chocolate Mousse.
Those two are totally worth a try!
